On May 8, the 36th China International Hardware Fair opened at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). SATA participated in the exhibition with the Cleco and Weller brands, displaying hand tools, power tools, NEV tools, intelligent equipment, and personal protective equipment in an all-around way, and showing the strength of the intelligent manufacturing and professional quality of SATA.
SATA has participated in China International Hardware Fair for many consecutive years, enabling the acceleration of innovation in the industry. China International Hardware Fair started in 1952. After more than 70 years of development, it has been a large and famous international hardware fair in the world.

The first is SATA’s classic wrenches and sockets. Classic products such as ratchets, 4-in-1 wrenches, flex ratcheting wrenches, X-beam wrenches, and bolt biters are displayed here. Compared with the traditional wrench, the X-beam wrench lengthens the handle length by 25%, increases the contact area by 5 times, and enhances the torque output by 25%. Bolt biters adopt innovative tapered grooves for easy fixation on damaged fasteners. These tightening tools embody the spirit of innovation that SATA has been assiduously producing tools.
From manual tightening tools to cordless tightening tools, cordless crimping pliers, cordless angle grinders and other comprehensive cordless tools, as well as the unified battery platform, SATA has also been dedicated to improving user efficiency.
The future application market requires more precise tightening and intelligent human-machine interaction. In the torque wrench and RFID tool cart experience area, you can experience the industrial-grade cordless electronic torque wrench. The torque output accuracy is as high as ±1.0% in the forward direction and ±1.5% in the reverse direction. The real-time data collected can be uploaded to the terminal through WiFi, so that managers can control the construction process and quality in real time. The new RFID intelligent tool cart supports advanced embedded chip technology and has a maximum capacity of 100 pieces of tools per drawer. The system integrates a torque test module to achieve fast and accurate tool access.
In addition, tightening in the era of Industry 4.0 requires more intelligence. Cleco has provided mature robot solutions for rapid replacement of bits and sockets for several automotive enterprises. The Cleco cooperative robot meets the needs of automated stations with high reliability, enabling a single tightening shaft to be used in tightening applications of multiple bolts of different specifications, and reducing costs while improving production efficiency.
How to ensure that the tightening tool still maintains the accuracy of the specified range after long time use? For this purpose, the SATA intelligent calibration station can be used to calibrate tightening tools. It is suitable for calibration of various brands of torque tools and can also connect external sensors to meet the customized needs of various customers.
In the electronic welding area, Weller Intelligent Automatic Soldering Station with accurate temperature control of ±2℃, high repetitive positioning accuracy of ±0.01 and intelligent welding performance, attracted many visitors at the Fair. WXR3 repair station is a comprehensive workstation integrating soldering, desoldering, and hot air operation. It adopts dual integrated pumps to provide compressed air and a vacuum pump and can be connected to a smoke purifier and PC for control and tracking.
SATA's new intelligent electric screwdriver can be used with Weller soldering production line, which is specially designed for the electronic assembly industry. It can be preset with tightening times, realize start-stop control, as well as forward and backward rotations through external signals, record results and transmit data via I/O or WIFI communication.
In addition, there are instrumentation, lighting tools, measurement tools and pliers in the crowded display area.

Instrumentation
Multifunctional Pen-Multimeter adopts intelligent chip, which can automatically detect AC and DC voltage, identify null/live line, detect NCV voltage and frequency, and search breakpoint and line on-off. It has such functions as intelligent anti-burning, dual display on one screen, and acting as a flashlight in emergency in a dark environment.

Lighting tools
The lighting products brought to the exhibition include industrial work light, professional work light, portable work light, flood light, searchlight, head light, etc., which can meet the needs of different working conditions.

Measuring tools
New measuring products include tape series, vernier caliper, dial indicator, height gauge, level, distance meter, etc. SATA launched steel tape measure, with the shell wrapped with ABS+TPR for anti-falling; the internal gear is specially designed for retracting at 3x speed; two-sided metal folding tail hook is adopted for easy one-man operation. The newly-launched heavy-duty level body adopts solid aluminum die casting for stability; it is also provided with dual acrylic impact-resistance and anti-UV level bubbles; both sides of the level can be directly knocked for correction, without repeated measurement.

Pliers
Industrial High Leverage Combination Pliers/Long Nose Pliers/Diagonal Pliers all adopt high leverage design , and the main shaft is closer to the tong head than that of ordinary wire pliers for labor-saving.
Automobile equipment and personal protective equipment are important business segments of SATA. It brought new energy automobile equipment and personal protective equipment to the Fair.
In the NEV equipment area, SATA displayed special NEV R&M equipment and tools and will provide a one-stop repair and maintenance solution for new energy vehicles in the future.
In the personal protective equipment (PPE) area, the injury-prevention experience device attracted many visitors. The live demonstration and interaction raised people's awareness of safety protection, showing that SATA PPE team is dedicated to providing head-to-toe customized protection solutions for various industries.
Digital technology and zero-distance service, namely SATA Intelligent Tool Storage Warehouse, realize the consignment management mode of zero inventory in factories, help dealers break the traditional storage mode, and help enterprises realize digital management. It is also equipped with RFID Intelligent Tool Cabinet to realize the supply of industrial products in the last 100 meters. Through the powerful material access rights management technology, it helps enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency, and achieve new breakthroughs in the industry.
