On the afternoon of February 18, 2022, the Cloud Authorization Conference of SATA Education Channel Distributors was held at the SATA Technology Innovation Center. During the conference, the team reviewed the work accomplished in 2021 and shared the development goals and specific measures for 2022. With cloud authorization and photo-taking, SATA joins hands with its distributors in boosting the development of vocational education in the next year.

Since 2007, SATA has been a sponsor in many competitions of vocational education skills, and has been sponsoring the National Vocational Students Skills Competition for fifteen consecutive years. In the past year, we sponsored a total of 36 skills competitions and promoted the implementation of 16 key projects of school-enterprise cooperation. At the same time, we have signed contracts with 24 distributors to join hands in promoting the vocational skills competition.
There is a long way to go and there are many difficulties, so we must work harder. In 2022, we will continue to empower channels in 6 major areas and work with distributors to achieve win-win cooperation.

Active participation in the national skills competition
In 2022, STAR was actively engaged in the selection of the National Vocational Students Skills Competition and strove for continued sponsorship for the national competition.

Full support for the WorldSkills Competition
The WorldSkills Competition will kick out in Shanghai in October 2022. So far, we have been shortlisted for sponsorship qualifications for 6 competition items, and we will concentrate our efforts to fully support the successful holding of the WorldSkills Competition.

Vigorously promote the development of research bases for primary and secondary schools and school-enterprise cooperation projects
In the context of the Ministry of Education's vigorous advocacy of "labor education" for extracurricular activities of primary and secondary school students, in 2022, we will rely on the SATA Technology Innovation Center to develop the curriculum system required by the supporting research base on the basis of the existing 33 manual courses.

Joint efforts to promote in-depth development of school-enterprise cooperation projects
In 2022, we will unite with social forces such as car factories and Tmall stores to assist provincial schools and other vocational colleges in holding competitions, and jointly promote school-enterprise cooperation projects, so that the SATA Elite Education Program will deepen the development of vocational education.

The publication of the textbook "Standard Operation of Tools and Measuring Tools"
In the second half of 2022, the teaching materials for the standard use of tools and measuring tools will be jointly published by SATA, Higher Education Press and Guangzhou Traffic and Transportation Vocational School, etc. The textbook will also be equipped with functional teaching benches such as tool training, testing, and display.

Promote the implementation of international exchange programs in "double high" colleges and universities
The company will cooperate with the China-SCO Technology Transfer Center to help domestic "double-high" colleges and universities realize the "going out and bringing in" of China's new apprenticeship vocational education, and promote the implementation of international exchange and training projects.
In 2022, we will work with distributors to jointly empower the SATA Elite Education Program, promote the implementation of the skills competition plan, help distributors to focus on supporting benchmark customers, establish regional Tiandi.com partners, and jointly help regional vocational education in accordance with the principle of project reporting and preparation.
2022 marks the first year of SATA's digital transformation. In the wave of digitization, we will usher in a change in the operating model, which requires us to be at the same frequency as digital thinking, use data thinking, improve work efficiency, reintegrate resources, open up the supply chain system, and mine and analyze user behavior and data to better to grasp users’ needs. In particular, the newly upgraded SATA VAN taxi model will more effectively empower distributors to shape new thinking, new actions and new performance.
The innovation and development of China's vocational education is inseparable from the full cooperation of the government, colleges and enterprises. Recently, we received a thank-you note from the China Education Development Foundation. This letter is a proof that we have been helping the development of vocational education for many years, actively participating in the organization of various vocational college skills competitions, and winning many praises and affirmations from all walks of life.

Supporting vocational education and empowering elite education projects are the constant pursuit of SATA. In 2007, STAR signed for the first time a "school-enterprise cooperation" agreement with the Vocational and Technical Education Department of the Ministry of Education, and simultaneously launched the professional talent education sponsorship plan for secondary and higher vocational schools, becoming one of the earliest hardware tool companies in the country to sponsor vocational education. As of 2022, we have signed contracts on the "Double Creation Base" project with 8 colleges and universities.
